There are few things that will make a game developer cry more than encountering an Intel graphics chipset in an end-user's machine.
While most lower-end games work fine on Intel chipsets and Intel is constantly working on improving their drivers and chipsets, most games will have at least some issues with Intel chipsets.
To further compound the issues, not every machine that has Intel integrated graphics can use the latest drivers. Some machines have BIOS lockouts that prevent the latest drivers from being installed.
If you are having problems with a game in Windows Vista, your first course of action should be to try to install the latest drivers from Intel's website.
