Be sure to install the v1.07 update.

If you are using the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows, you will have to manually set up your controller bindings and you will have to use the mouse or keyboard to dismiss tutorial popups during the game and hot tips will show things like "Press 'Button #1' to Jump," but the controller itself works great.
